Embracing Authenticity

Life, much like a captivating novel, takes unexpected turns, and within these twists and revelations, I've discovered who I am. This journey is not just about finding oneself; it's a deep dive into our psyche, and authenticity, a romance that unfolds as we embrace the truest versions of who we are. A moment to fall in love with oneself.

I have a journal where I record daily thoughts, not necessarily a diary, but a random smattering of words and phrases that I tell myself mean probably more than they do. But it’s helped get me out from under the yoke of who I thought I should be and slipping into the thought process of who I am becoming. A butterfly unfurling her wings. This process of becoming has been nothing short of amazing. Hard, exhausting, but amazing.
